Municipal Engineering
We provide full services to Towns and R.M's across MB. Our focus is working with a communities budget and in house capabilities to bring a cost effective solution to the design and construction phases. We have extensive roadway design, rehabilitation, and reconstruction experience. We also provide sewer, water, and drainage design for renewals and new construction.
Construction Inspection/Contract Administration
We offer custom solutions to owner's for Contract Administration and Construction Inspection during the works. We provide tender services, change order management, material testing, site survey, grade verification, and conflict resolution. These are all available on a resident or non-resident basis to best suit the owner and project requirements.
Land Development
We provide services for developers and potential developers to determine the best path forward with regards to subdivisions and land use. We provide full service Civil design packages including permitting to get your projects from idea, to completion.
Agricultural Infrastructure
We have over 25 years of design and construction experience in water retention for irrigation, as well as field drainage projects. We have designed and provided construction inspections on both Owner built water retention structures, as well as projects built by Contractors. Our goal is to tailor the engineering services to the capabilities of your farm, and work with you to build a high quality project that will provide water security for decades to come.
High Accuracy Survey and Structure Monitoring
We have the instrumentation and experience to provide millimeter and sub millimeter monitoring on your site for months or years as you require. Specialized projects require specialized monitoring points and solutions. We have the experience and equipment to assist in your project, having completed numerous tunnelling, dam, and structure monitoring projects in the past decade.
Geotechnical Drilling
We have the capabilities to provide timely in house geotechnical drilling services for our projects. This allows a faster turn around time during the design phase. We have both truck and track mounted drilling capabilities.

Machine Control Services
Our team is able to provide full machine control services, from Digital Terrain Model (DTM) design, to site calibration and set up. We also provide Leica ConX and Topcon offsite services where available to streamline your work flow and get your machines working faster.
Construction Survey
We provide a full range of construction survey and drafting services, from topo, to layout and quantites. Our team is equipped with ATV's, boats, and snowmobiles to access any site, in any season.
